Our primary area of outreach is to the Deaf in the capital city, Santo Domingo. This is the largest and most populated city in the Dominican Republic, containing 30% of the population of the entire country. Within the city limits there are three schools for the Deaf, two of which are the only schools for the Deaf in the country that have a High School program.

Even though we are primarily ministering in Santo Domingo, the Lord has permitted through varying programs of out reach to bring the Gospel to many of the Deaf throughout the country. From some of the big cities like Santo Domingo, Santiago, and others, to some of the small poorer areas like the Sugar Plantation areas of Quisqueya and Consuelo, to the mountain communities of Barahona and Baoruco. It is our prayer and hope to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Deaf, no matter where they live throughout the country.

To the right is a short video showing the planting of our church and the first 10 years of progress. It is a blessing to the Lord to be able to continue to serve Him here in the Dominican Republic, and to see the Deaf here come to know Christ as their personal Lord and savior.
